Suggestion for forums

Hi guys.

First of all, I'd like to say well done on the forums. I've had my fair share of forum attempts in the past and I know what hard work goes into getting a community like this up and running. You guys are doing great job and I hope this goes beyond what you've ever imagined it would. Getting to the point: My suggestions are only that, suggestions... and I hope you won't see it as negative feedback.

So for my suggestion, I think, for the size of the community, there are too many forums. I would suggest you consider merging some of them together. For example, in the FS2004 and older category, you could consider merging Civilian Aircraft, Military Aircraft, Aircraft Panels, Scenery. Sames goes for Combat Flight Simulator and Other Flight Simulators. This way, you would end up with a forums full of posts rather that a couple here and there, and this would give the posts better exposure and are more likely to be replied on. Once the community grows, you're number of forums can grow too. This is something I picked up in one of my forums where my forums were way too specific. People will also be less reluctant to post in a all inclusive category.
